There are two ways to participate in this Freedom Art Show.
We will have a running display during the festival of submitted images. This is ideal for freedom loving artists from around the world to submit images of artwork that will be displayed in the Art Gallery Pavilion on screens during the festival. Simply register, pay the fee, and then upload up to 3 images to the contest. These images must be uploaded by October 1, 2020.
You are able to submit physical artworks that will have works displayed at the Festival Event Art Gallery Pavilion (which will also be viewable online). This requires bringing or shipping works to: Art Contest, Tommy Gun Warehouse, 220 Wells Rd, Greely, PA 18425 by October 8, 2020. Works can be picked up at the end of the event on Sunday, October 11th, 2020. To have works shipped back after show requires return address & postage included at time of drop off or shipping. Note that at the end of the show, unclaimed work will be auctioned.
Important: art works must be registered online with an image (jpg) uploaded by October 1st, 2020. A maximum of 3 works can be submitted per artist.
Two Age Groups: Youth (ages 6-16) and Adult. Please note age when registering online.
Submission of artwork must include - Title, size, medium, and price (or NSF for “Not for sale”) for each art work.
Images should be approximately 1 MB and easily viewed in a 1920 x 1080 pixels format.
Entry Fee: (for up to 3 images/works)
International artists may bring artwork to the art show at the beginning of the Freedom Fest. Please indicate on this on the entry form and upload a photo of your artwork with your entry.
For both the Online Gallery and the Event Show:
The art show does not provide insurance for loss or damage, Work is presented for exhibition and sale at artists own risk. The art show will take due and reasonable care to prevent damage or loss to all works. The art show will not be liable for any loss or damage.
Best in Show: Cash Prize $300
1st Place: Cash Prize $200
2nd Place: Cash Prize $100
3rd Place: Cash Prize $75
Sales commission on work sold at the festival - 50%.

Donated works or works left at Festival show will be sold at silent auction, with proceeds to go to S.A.F.
“Not For Sale” work can be submitted and need to be indicated as such at time of registration.
Online gallery will be on the website for a year. Online Gallery commission on sales - 15%.
The shipping of work sold from our online gallery is the responsibility of the artist.
Artist booth/vendor sites available. $200 for a 10’ x 12’ tent.
