Born and raised in western Pennsylvania, Toni obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University. After graduating from college, she started a corporate career in the nuclear industry, but decided to make a career change one year later and pursue entrepreneurship. In doing so, she built a successful business in the network marketing space and walked away from corporate America at the age of 28.

After taking the Constitution Alive 6 week national class in October of 2020, she decided to become a constitution coach and started hosting her own classes. She was able to get over 2000 people to take either the Constitution Alive or Biblical Citizenship curricula over a 2 year period of time. In April of 2023, she joined the Patriot Academy corporate team as the Northeast Regional Director/Ambassador for the coach program.

She is currently the CEO of Audit The Vote PA, a 501c4 organization that advocates for truth and transparency in our election process, and she serves as the Vice President of the Pennsylvania Patriot Coalition which is a 501c3 organization working to facilitate cooperation and collaboration among its member organizations.
